I copied the Src repo from /bdd/CFMIP-Temp/GOCCP/Instant_CRE to /bdd/CFMIP/CFMIP_OBS_LOCAL/CRE_SFC_Lid/Instant/Src.

It contains the Python code that creates the Instant CRE and saves it in an .nc file, named Instant_CREATION_CRE_orbit.py.
	-I updated the path where the .nc file should be saved to a location with more available space: /bdd/CFMIP/CFMIP_OBS_LOCAL/CRE_SFC_Lid/Instant/Data/.
	
To run the Python code, you should use the Lancement_CRE_orbit.pbs PBS script, which takes the date, month, and data type as input.
	-You can either copy the commands from the Lancement_CRE_orbit.sh file directly into the terminal and press enter, or run the bash file itself.
	-Before running, make sure to update the .sh file with the correct years and months you wish to generate.

The output of the runs is saved in the /bdd/CFMIP/CFMIP_OBS_LOCAL/CRE_SFC_Lid/Instant/Data/ directory for the months of 02, 03, and 04. The remaining months are saved in the /bdd/CFMIP-Temp/GOCCP/Instant_CRE/Data directory.

To check the status of the jobs, use the following command:
qstat -u aarouf
